She has been a PT for 17 years after graduating from Youngstown State University with Exercise Science and Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. Adrianne is originally from Ohio, but moved to NC in 2015. She has lived in Dunn with her husband and fur babies for the last 10 years. In her free time, she loves to walk her dogs, cook, hike to waterfalls and RV with her husband!

As a native of North Carolina and Johnston County I enjoy our community, the residents and being able to contribute to the health of our neighbors and friends. With my background of helping others in public safety, I decided to expand my knowledge of alternative health and specifically the benefits of massage therapy to further assist others on a professional level through the healing art of therapeutic massage.

When I graduated from The Healing Arts School in Raleigh with my License in Massage Therapy I partnered with a Chiropractor where I spent over 7 years providing therapeutic massages to treat patients with various levels of pain and discomfort, both acute and chronic. With my years of experience and training, I offer a wide range of massage techniques tailored to meet the needs of each individual client.
Summer works as the Office Administrator for Benson Sports Therapy and Wellness. She joined the team in January 2023.
Summer went to Campbell University and graduated in May of 2018 with a degree in Kinesiology. She played NCAA Division I collegiate volleyball for Campbell University. Therefore, she is excited to enter into the field and support Benson Sports Therapy and Wellness.
Formerly she has been working in Human Resources.
Summer was born and raised in Michigan but moved here to go to Campbell. Here are some of the reasons she loves North Carolina: the warmer weather, the hospitality, the mountains, the beach, and her church. She loves to enjoy creation through hiking, biking, and planting flowers. However, sometimes she prefers to stay inside and read with a cup of hot tea.
Gale Turlington is an Office and Billing Manager for Benson Sports Therapy and Wellness. She has worked in healthcare for more than 12 years in various office positions at Raleigh Community Hospital and with Harnett Health. She also served more than 30 years with the North Carolina Department of Revenue in multiple positions retiring as a manager from the Submissions Processing Division in 2018.
Gale is a native from Harnett County and lives in the Coats area with her husband and Son. She enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter and son traveling and camping. Most of her free time she spends gardening and working in her yard and greenhouse. She is an avid gardener sharing much of the produce and plants she grows with family, friends, and others.
Fabiola Alvarado joined the Benson Sports Therapy and Wellness team in October 2025 as one of the office administrators. She graduated from Triton High School in May 2025 and is currently pursuing a degree in Medical Sonography at Central Carolina Community College. In her spare time, Fabiola enjoys spending time with her family, riding horses, and having fun with friends.
Mandy joined the Benson Sports Therapy and Wellness team in August of 2025 as an office administrator. She has a MSW and previously worked as a Care Manager for the Health Department in Harnett County. Mandy lives in Benson with her husband and 2 daughters. In her free time, she enjoys crafting, baking, crocheting, and listening to audiobooks.
